A little about me...
Sara Lawley
I'm Sara and I have always been passionate about stories. From Tolkien to Austen to Bronte, I have read and loved them all. Your story might not end up in bookstores but that doesn't mean it shouldn't be told.
I specialise in creating ceremonies that celebrate you. Your loves, interests and passions. So get in touch and let me tell your tale.

So, what is a Humanist Celebrant?
Well, that is a very good question. A humanist celebrant provides an alternative to religious ceremonies for people wishing to celebrate or commemorate key life events.
Humanist weddings are non-religious ceremonies individually designed to be meaningful and unique to each couple.

My role is to work with you to create a wedding that celebrates your love. This may include music, readings or poetry important to you and personal vows. You may choose to have an exchange of rings or another token. You may want to include other rituals, or traditions, to make your day meaningful, such as a handfasting – ultimately it is your choice.

Your wedding could take place in your home, a hotel, woodland or your favourite location. It might have a very traditional feel or be themed. There is no set format or wording; you choose the length, location, time and content of the ceremony.

I will help ensure you have a wedding that reflects everything that is so special about you and your story.
